McCollough Elevator, 7-1/4″ (18.5cm)

Versatile double-ended instrument useful for elevating the perichondrium and/or periosteum. The spatulated end is ideal for septal surgery. It is blunt enough to be used for mucoperichondrial (and osteal) elevation, yet sharp enough to incise the septal cartilage. The rounded end is a modification of the Rosen flap knife and is ideal for elevation and mobilization.

A McCollough Elevator, 7-1/4″ (18.5cm) with a small loop on one end and a flat extraction shape on the other, resembling precision instruments used in septal surgery. The center of the tool has a textured grip for easy handling.
